OUR ITINERARY
DAY 1 - CHECK INTO VEGAS' MOST GLAMOROUS HOTEL & CASINO, DINE OVERLOOKING BELLAGIO FOUNTAINS & PARTY IN A STRIP LIMO RIDE!
On arrival at the airport you'll be met and taken to the Strip’s most glamorous boutique hotel and casino, with luxurious decor and one of Vegas' best rooftop pools with incredible views of the bright lights of the Strip and Bellagio fountains!
Follow the illuminated hallway to your plush Parisian boudoir style room, freshen up after your flight in your swanky bathroom, glam up at your movie star style dressing table and meet your new travel buddies in the casino lobby cocktail lounge to get to know everyone.

We'll have a table reserved for dinner at a fantastic restaurant in a prime location, then we'll hop in our private stretch limo to see the Strip in style! Sit back, sip champagne and party with your new travel buddies as the famous sights of Las Vegas' flash by! We'll stop at the famous Welcome to Las Vegas sign to take photos in this iconic spot, before moving on to the Bellagio Fountains and Downtown Vegas.

Vegas stays awake as long as you do and we'll be spoilt for choice for bars, casinos and nightclubs if you're not ready to return to the comfort of your giant bed just yet!

DAY 2 - STRIP SIGHTS WALKING TOUR & ROOFTOP POOL PARTY!
This morning we're off to check out those iconic Vegas sights up close with a fully guided walking tour. Visit the wedding chapel made famous by Elvis in 60's movie Viva Las Vegas. Walk beneath elaborate facades of world famous casinos from Luxor's giant pyramid and sphinx, New York New York's Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge and Big Apple Rollercoaster, MGM Grand's Wizard of Oz inspired emerald city and gigantic bronze lion, and Paris' Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triumph.

Our walking tour ends at the Venetian Hotel with free time to dine in the Palazzo, explore the Grand Canal shops and take a gondola ride through the canal. Time to relax? Head back to our luxury hotel and take a dip in the fabulous rooftop pool, with unparalleled views over the Strip.

Tonight is a free night so you can choose to just chill, join others for dinner, or why not catch one of the amazing shows Vegas has to offer, from classic Cirque de Soleil to Magic Mike Live, to countless famous artists with Vegas residencies. We'll find out who fancies seeing what so you can match up and get your tickets booked in advance.

DAY 3 - EXPLORE ZION & BRYCE NATIONAL PARKS!
It's time to head off on our desert adventure to explore some of the greatest of Southwest USA's national parks, for a complete contrast to your first two days!

We'll be picked up from our Vegas hotel by our private minivan that will be ours for the next three days, and driven to Utah's incredible Zion National Park. We'll have time here to walk amidst Zion's lush soaring mountains, where you can choose nice and easy trails with minimal effort or get stuck in a little more on one of the world's most famous hikes that leads to the Narrows, and a walk through a shallow river passing through a thin canyon between soaring canyon walls up to 2000 feet high!
​
Next up is the weird and wonderful hoodoos and burnt orange chasms of Bryce Canyon! This place looks like another planet, and you can simply enjoy the breathtaking sights from the viewpoints, or descend into the canyon with us to explore this other worldly place and soak up mind blowing views of the blue sky from the depths of the canyon.
​
Tonight we'll enjoy an open air American style barbecue before setting up camp in a spot in the heart of this incredible landscape, sharing stories of the day by our campfire under the stars. If camping is too adventurous for you, you can upgrade to a lodge style accommodation for these 2 nights!
DAY 4 - ROAM THROUGH THE WILD WEST'S MONUMENT VALLEY!
Next up on our desert adventure is the unbelievable Horseshoe Bend, before moving onto Arizona's home of many Western movies and some of the most iconic US road scenes at Monument Valley.
This area is owned by native Navajo Indians and they will personally take us on a guided 4x4 jeep tour across this stunning landscape, between the unusual sandstone buttes that appear to have pierced through the surface of the desert from below, or to have been placed here by aliens, either way its a strange and wonderful sight to see!

You will also have the option to add in a visit to the famous Antelope Canyon, something we don't include as standard as there is an extra cost to pay the Navajo Indians and as access is dependent on weather and numbers on the day, but we highly recommend adding in a trip to this unique narrow slot canyon if we can make it!
​
Tonight is our last night of camping and again even if camping ain't normally your thing, there's something special about sleeping out in this incredible landscape - I loved it! Or there is that comfort of the lodge accommodation upgrade as mentioned above and in our FAQs below.
DAY 5 - VISIT WORLD FAMOUS GRAND CANYON & ROUTE 66
It's time to see one of the greatest natural attractions on Earth and something most people have on their bucket list, the Grand Canyon. ​One of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, 6,000 feet deep at its deepest point, the Grand Canyon spans a massive 277 miles, split by the Colorado River. We'll drive close to the canyon then have some time to explore on foot and get as close as possible at multiple viewpoints along a trail around the south rim, where the most incredible views into the canyon can be enjoyed.

If you'd like to get down into the heart of the canyon you might even have time (at an additional cost on the day) to take a short helicopter ride to the canyon floor, and a boat ride along the Colorado River.
​
On the way back to Vegas, we'll stop off on the world's most iconic road, Route 66, for a little retro step back in time at one of the Route 66 memorabilia stores and burger joints.​ Back in Vegas, we'll be dropped off back at our luxury hotel to spend 2 more nights of our adventure in style. Tonight we'll head to an open air sports bar overlooking the Strip for food and drinks, or do what you like with some free time to relax and reflect on all you've seen in the last few days!

DAY 6 - DESERT HORSE RIDING/FREE TIME, CAESARS PALACE GARDEN OF THE GODS & NIGHT OUT ON THE STRIP!
It's our last full day and night in Vegas and we're going out with a bang! First, after all that desert adventuring, we'll spend some time lounging in style at Caesars Palace Garden of the Gods, made up of seven swimming pools with all sorts of different vibes, depending on your mood. Relax and unwind in the more chilled areas, try your luck at the swim-up blackjack tables or join the party at the Neptune pool!
If you'd like to cram in a little more adventure, you can also opt to join a fantastic experience (at an additional cost) horse riding in the desert just a short distance away from the Strip, but where you'll feel a million miles away at a western style ranch, complete with a red rock mountain backdrop as you follow the trail of your leader on horseback, before returning to a true hearty American cowboy style dinner and marshmallows around the campfire.
In the evening we'll meet in our glam hotel for a last night in Vegas full of variety, from getting you a little bit country at Planet Hollywood's western restaurant, to a bar set inside a giant chandelier to dancing beneath the Eiffel Tower with views of the Bellagio Fountains... this is Vegas after all!

DAY 7 - FREE TIME BEFORE TRAVEL HOME
You might need a lie in after last night, but don't worry, lots of return flights to the UK don't leave Vegas until the evening so you can relax and recover in your gorgeous room and still have some free time to squeeze in a bit more Vegas before your transfer to the airport to head home.
​
Why not round off your trip with one of Vegas' renowned decadent brunches or all you can eat buffets? Take yourself shopping in one of the fabulous malls or window shop in wonder at designer boutiques in the glamorous Via Bellagio. Hop on the monorail to the Stratosphere and up to the observation deck for amazing views over the Strip and out to the desert, and if you dare, one of the hair-raising rides at the top. Take a ride on the High Roller big wheel, zip line above the Linq promenade or head downtown to explore old school Vegas' Fremont Street.
Or of course, there's always the opportunity to try your last bit of luck in one of the many casinos, as with everything we've been up to, you might not have had chance; there's so much more to Vegas than you think!

FAQS
TELL ME ABOUT FLIGHTS!
You will need to arrange your flights separately as these aren't included in the tour price, and make sure you arrive in Las Vegas after 12pm and ideally before 5pm on Day 1 of the tour, so you don't miss our welcome dinner overlooking the Bellagio Fountains!
If you're interested in combining our Vegas Adventure with our San Diego & Hawai'i Adventure, we've designed both tours to work perfectly to do just that! You would just need to book a flight from Honolulu Airport on the Hawaiian island of Oahu, where we end that tour on 13 August, to Las Vegas, and you would need to book an extra night's accommodation in Vegas on this night before we begin the Vegas Adventure the next day on 14 August. You can sort this yourself or we may be able to arrange your accommodation in our same hotel where we'll stay in Vegas on the tour too, just let us know if that's what you would like to do when you book.

Please always book your place on the tour before booking any flights, as we can fill up quickly, and make sure your flight times work around the times above. You can check with us that your flight times will work around the tour before booking them if you like, or if you would just like some reassurance that you're booking the right thing!
WILL I SHARE A ROOM?
Yes you will share a room with one other woman throughout the trip. The standard of accommodation during our stay in Vegas is extremely high and rooms are very spacious, usually with two Queen double beds, or occasionally, if two Queen beds aren't available then it will be an enormous King sized bed, with lots of space. In our experience, as we're all female, most women are more than happy with this and it means we can stay in some beautiful accommodation where there occasionally might not be the option of two beds per room. If you would like to consider upgrading to have your own room it will cost a lot extra, but please get in touch to get an exact quote.

For the 2 nights when we are exploring the national parks the standard accommodation that is included is camping which means we can be in the heart of this stunning landscape, watch incredible sunsets over the desert and enjoy campfires as the stars come out! If camping is a little too basic for you, you can choose to upgrade to a shared lodge accommodation option from an additional £200 per person. Please let us know if this is what you would like to do when you book, so we can make sure we secure a place in this accommodation for you well in advance of the tour.
WILL I NEED A VISA?
Most international visitors to the US need to get a visa or an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) visa waiver to enter or transit the US as a visitor. You should consult the US State Department website to determine which you will need.
I just needed an ESTA for my last trip of a few weeks and the process was a breeze, all done online with a cost of $14, just over £10.
ARE YOUR TOURS JUST FOR WOMEN FROM THE UK?
Absolutely not! We are a UK based company so lots of the women who join our tours are from all over the UK, but we welcome women from all over the world! In fact we are receiving more enquiries from all over the place and our last tour to Croatia had two women fly from the US and one fly from Germany to join us.
DO I NEED PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE?
WHAT'S THE AGE GROUP AND REQUIRED HEALTH & FITNESS?
All Travel Queen tours are for women aged 25 to 59 only, and you need to be up for fun and adventure (especially in Vegas baby!) and have a good level of health and fitness. We have this rule so that you and all the other women on the tour know who they'll be sharing their adventure with and so we don't have too big an age gap between people, because that's one of the things our Travel Queens tell us is important to them.
It's also there because our tours are more than just holidays, they are action-packed adventures with lots of travel and activities packed into the itinerary. You don't need to be super fit or a daredevil - this is NOT a fitness freak or adrenaline junkie trip! But you do need to be able to handle with ease things like climbing into a small airplane, lots of walking at a decent pace and being steady on your feet, without holding up the rest of the group, and carrying your own bag.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE TOUR PRICE, AND WHAT ISN'T?
Accommodation of a very high standard, all activities and transfers detailed above, and the comfort of being accompanied by an experienced tour leader to travel with you and take care of everything, are included in the tour price.

Also included in the tour price is the usual, unique standard of Travel Queen service, which includes help with advising you on your flights, even if you don't book them with us, and providing useful information and opportunities for you to get to know your tour leader and other members of your tour group before the tour, through a dedicated Facebook group and online meet-up event just for the women you will be travelling with.
No other tour operator has the owner of the business travelling with tour groups and there's no one more committed to making sure you have an amazing adventure with us, than me!
Transfers to and from the airport at the beginning and end of the tour must take place on the first and last day of the tour for business insurance reasons, so if you intend to spend any longer in Vegas please consult us to see if we can arrange your transfer to or from your accommodation and if there will be any additional charge.

Not included are the optional extra activities detailed below, your flights to Vegas at the start and end of the tour, spending money, personal travel insurance, visa/ESTA, all meals and drinks and any additional extras you may choose to do in your free time, such as see a show, ride the monorail or visit attractions such as the Strat observation deck.

Yes, as with any holiday you must ensure that you have personal travel insurance in place to cover your booking, your personal health and other requirements in the lead up to and during the tour, including the activities outlined in the summary above, some of which may be classed as of an adventurous nature. We strongly advise that you take out your travel insurance immediately after booking to cover your whole booking.
I'M UP FOR IT! HOW DO I BOOK?
It is a £295 deposit to secure your place, and you can book here through our website using the button below, or give us a call on 07399 303859 to pay by card over the phone, or to arrange a bank payment to the Travel Queen LTD TTA Trust Account, or we can email you a link to pay the deposit or the full balance by a Worldpay card link, whatever suits you best. The remaining balance will be due around two months before the tour.
